Our mission is to provide children with an immersive experience at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum that gives them the opportunity to learn about aspects of what goes into the performance of an IndyCar and the careers behind doing so.

Why did you join EPICS? I wanted a real-world engineering experience, to form connections with fellow engineers, and to serve the local community.

Why did you join EPICS? I joined EPICS because I thought it would be a nice way to meet people especially since this is my first year of college, as well getting to experience what is like working on an actual project which is something I would do in the industry.

Why did you join EPICS? I joined EPICS to get experience working on engineering projects within a team. Specifically Speedway, I wanted a project that focused on educating children and I am interested in the automotive industry, so the project is a great fit.

In the pictures above, the progressing stages of the wheel model are shown. The wheel design is still a work in progress but a beginning prototype is created and is shown on the right.
